What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, phone number, and delivery addresses. When you order, we process your order details and location so the restaurant and driver can fulfill it. Basic device and usage data helps us keep the app reliable.
How we use it
Your information is used to deliver orders, show accurate tracking, process payments, provide customer support, and improve the service. We may send you order updates and, with your consent, occasional offers.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the restaurant preparing your order and the driver delivering it, such as your first name, address, and order contents. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Analytics on this website
This website uses two analytics tools. Microsoft Clarity records page views, clicks, scrolling, and general device and location information, and can replay a session as a reconstruction of the page. Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser, so we never see it in a recording. Google Analytics records which pages you visit, how you arrived, and general device and location information, and uses cookies and similar identifiers to recognize a returning browser. We do not send your name, phone number, or address to either tool. Both apply to the jeye.app website only, not to the Jeye app itself. Microsoft and Google process this data as described in their own privacy policies, and you can opt out with your browser's do not track setting, a tracking blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and we review our safeguards regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
